Welcome to Hamilton Gates and Fences (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our security, automation, and repair services (“Services”) and product purchases in Hamilton and Auckland. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & Products

  • We provide garage door repairs, security grills, CCTV installations, gate automation, and welding services.

  • Product specifications/pricing may change without notice.

  • Service areas: Hamilton, Auckland, and surrounding regions.

2. Quotes & Payments

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless specified.

  • Full payment is due upon completion unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved financing options.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.

  • Refunds are issued for defective products/services within 30 days (proof of purchase required).

  • Non-refundable deposits may apply for custom orders (e.g., welded security grills).

4. Warranties

  • Products: 1–5-year warranties (varies by manufacturer).

  • Labor: 90-day warranty on repairs/installations unless stated otherwise.

  • Warranties are void if tampering or unauthorized repairs occur.

5. Liability

  • We are not liable for property damage unrelated to our work.

  • Clients must disclose existing structural/electrical issues before service.

6. Disputes

  • Disputes will be resolved under New Zealand law in Hamilton courts.

  • Mediation is required before legal action.
