We provide garage door repairs, security grills, CCTV installations, gate automation, and welding services.
Product specifications/pricing may change without notice.
Service areas: Hamilton, Auckland, and surrounding regions.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless specified.
Full payment is due upon completion unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved financing options.
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.
Refunds are issued for defective products/services within 30 days (proof of purchase required).
Non-refundable deposits may apply for custom orders (e.g., welded security grills).
Products: 1–5-year warranties (varies by manufacturer).
Labor: 90-day warranty on repairs/installations unless stated otherwise.
Warranties are void if tampering or unauthorized repairs occur.
We are not liable for property damage unrelated to our work.
Clients must disclose existing structural/electrical issues before service.
Disputes will be resolved under New Zealand law in Hamilton courts.
Mediation is required before legal action.
